Corn AFK CHEMPION

Focus on Grain Productivity

The "AFK CHAMPION" (F1) hybrid, registered in 2026, is a product of the "Agrofirma Kolos" breeding program. This mid-maturing corn hybrid is specifically designed for grain production. Its genetics allow for excellent adaptability across the Forest-Steppe and Polissya regions, ensuring consistent yield performance.

Marketability and Storage

The standout feature of "AFK CHAMPION" is its large, cone-cylindrical ear with a significant diameter. The wide leaf blades facilitate efficient photosynthesis, which directly contributes to grain filling. The harvest is characterized by high uniformity, which is critical for efficient mechanical harvesting and primary processing.

The grain of this hybrid is well-suited for long-term storage. Its dense structure and quality indicators make it ideal for both grain market sales and industrial processing. The crop's transportability is excellent: the ears have short shanks, minimizing losses during combine harvesting, while the physical properties of the grain ensure resistance to damage during loading and transit.

Agronomic Profile

The plant is characterized by significant height, with the ear attached at a medium level, facilitating the use of harvesting machinery. The intense green color of the leaves and moderate leaf margin waviness indicate a healthy physiological state during the growing season. The hybrid shows balanced development, with growth energy directed toward forming a full-weight ear.
