Delicatesse — this is a mid-early winter barley variety, distinguished by high cold resistance and resistance to fungal diseases. The plant is characterized by rapid early growth, high tillering coefficient, and strong stems, which prevent lodging and allow the full genetic potential of the variety to be maintained. The average plant height and formation of large, uniform grains contribute to high yields, making this variety especially attractive for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions.

The grain of Delicatesse contains 11-12% protein, ensuring its nutritional value. Unprocessed barley is rich in beneficial substances, has the lowest glycemic index among cereals, and can be stored longer without oxidation. Thanks to cultivation away from large cities and industrial facilities, without the use of mineral fertilizers and agrochemicals, the product is distinguished by ecological purity and high quality.
