Solomon — a high-yielding, early-maturing variety; begins fruiting on day 100-120 after emergence. The plant is vigorous, reaching 150 cm (spring greenhouses) — 250 cm (winter greenhouses) in height. Fruits are large, uniform, pear-shaped with dense flesh, heavy, measuring 20-27×17-19 cm; weighing 650-1100 g. Fruit color is dark-purple, flesh is greenish-white and dense. Calyx is green and spineless. Fruits have high flavor quality. Characterized by a long fruiting period, high and stable yield (14.2-16.3 kg/m²). Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus. Recommended for cultivation in glazed and film-covered heated and unheated greenhouses. Planting density 2-3 plants/m². Requires pruning and tying to two stems.
