Zucchini KARAPUZ

Working with the «Karapuz» zucchini

As a bush-type zucchini, it is a perfect solution for home gardens where space management is a priority. Unlike trailing varieties that tend to take over the vegetable patch, «Karapuz» maintains a neat, compact structure, making maintenance tasks like weeding and harvesting much more efficient.

Maintenance and cultivation tips

In terms of practical management, this variety is exceptionally low-maintenance. The bush doesn't get overly crowded with foliage, which is a significant advantage. This allows for better airflow and sunlight penetration to the developing fruit, significantly reducing the risk of rot—a common issue in denser plantings. We recommend harvesting the fruits at the technical maturity stage to ensure the best culinary texture, as the skin remains tender and easy to handle.

• Compact growth: The bush habit allows for closer spacing, maximizing your available gardening area.
• Efficient maintenance: With no sprawling vines to manage, weeding and soil aeration become much faster.
• Harvesting: The open architecture of the plant makes the vegetables easy to spot, saving time during daily inspections.

Developed by the expert team at Agrofirma Aelita, this variety is designed for growers who want consistent results without the fuss. It is a straightforward, reliable crop that performs well under standard irrigation and fertilization regimens. For anyone looking to minimize garden labor while keeping a steady supply of fresh produce, «Karapuz» is a solid, professional choice.
