Tomato Vityaz

The tomato variety 'Vityaz' is a medium-early determinate hybrid with attractive round fruits weighing 130 to 200 grams. The fruits have a smooth surface and vibrant red color when ripe, without green spots at the stem attachment. The flesh is highly sugary and sweet, making this variety attractive for fresh consumption as well as for processing into tomato products. The fruits contain a significant amount of dry matter, sugars, and vitamin C, positively affecting their flavor and nutritional qualities. 'Vityaz' plants are stemmy, medium-branched, reaching about 73 cm in height. Each simple inflorescence produces 5-6 fruits with good detachment from the stem. The variety is characterized by uniform fruiting and resistance to temperature fluctuations, as well as to diseases such as verticillium wilt, alternaria, and septoria. Due to these qualities, 'Vityaz' is recommended for early tomato production in open ground. One of the key advantages of the variety is its high yield and transportability. Up to 8 kg of fruit can be harvested from one plant, and the yield per hectare reaches 60-80 tons, making it profitable for commercial cultivation. The fruits withstand transportation well, maintaining their attractive appearance and shape, which is especially important for market sales. The 'Vityaz' variety combines excellent taste qualities, high productivity, and resistance to adverse conditions, making it a universal choice for gardeners and farmers.
