Tomato Kurag is a hybrid variety developed by Russian breeding, characterized by a compact plant height of 45-55 cm and a determinate growth habit. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, making it versatile for various climatic conditions. Kurag plants have long dark green leaves and a bushy form, which facilitates care and harvesting. The variety is characterized by medium ripening and high resistance to phytophthora, fruit cracking, and tobacco mosaic virus, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.

The fruits of tomato Kurag have an elliptical, slightly ribbed shape and small size, weighing from 80 to 90 grams. Immature fruits are green with a spot at the stem, and upon ripening, they acquire a rich red hue. The flesh is dense and juicy, with a classic tomato flavor, making them ideal for fresh consumption. The fruits are well-suited for making sauces, ketchup, various preserves, and also for whole-fruit canning. Each cluster forms 5 to 6 fruits, contributing to high yield.

The Kurag variety is easy to care for, allowing even beginner gardeners to successfully cultivate it. Yield reaches up to 4.8 kg per square meter, and up to 8 kg per plant.
