Tomato Igranda — a mid-early determinate variety developed by the Italian company Hortus. The vegetation period of the plant is 60-65 days from transplanting seedlings, allowing for harvest within relatively short timeframes. Plants are medium-height with good growth vigor, ensuring high yields. The variety is resistant to diseases, simplifying care and increasing cultivation reliability. Igranda is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, making it a versatile choice for various climatic conditions.

Tomato fruits have a round-oval shape and a deep red color. The average weight of each fruit is 120-160 grams. The skin is dense and smooth, while the flesh is juicy and aromatic, ensuring excellent flavor. Igranda tomatoes are ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for culinary processing and canning. Thanks to their dense skin, the fruits withstand transportation and mechanical harvesting well.

For successful cultivation, the seedling method is recommended. Seeds are sown in March at a depth of 2-3 cm, and pinching is performed at the 1-2 true leaf stage. Seedlings are fertilized 2-3 times with complete fertilizer and begin hardening off 7-10 days before transplanting into the soil. Optimal soils for this variety are light, highly fertile soils rich in organic matter. The spacing between plants at planting should be about 50 cm, ensuring good plant development and ventilation.
