Field Performance of Limagrain SF 1561 M 2 A

Choosing a hybrid isn't just about the yield potential stated in the catalog; it’s about how the crop handles the season's stress.

The plants reach a height of 160-170 cm, showing great structural integrity. They don't lodge, even during heavy summer storms, and the canopy density is excellent.

Key takeaways for the operator:

• Disease Resistance: Exceptional resistance to downy mildew and sunflower moth (Homoeosoma nebulella).
• Oil Content: Consistently between 45-50%, which is solid for maximizing profitability at the elevator.
• Seed Quality: Large, uniform seeds that make combine settings straightforward and reduce losses during harvesting.

In short, if you are looking for a hybrid that doesn't demand constant "babysitting" but delivers a stable, high-quality harvest, SF 1561 M 2 A is a top-tier choice. It responds well to standard management practices and offers the peace of mind that every farmer needs when managing multiple hectares.
