Sunflower MOBIL

Mastering Clearfield: The French Approach to Sunflower Production

The Mobill hybrid by RAGT represents a strategic choice for farmers aiming to balance high yields with simplified weed management. Developed by the French breeder Societe Ragt 2N S.A.S., Mobill is specifically engineered for use with Clearfield (IMI) herbicide technology, allowing for precise control of difficult weeds without compromising the crop’s development.

Robust Disease Resistance

In high-stress environments, genetic defense is the only reliable insurance. Mobill stands out due to its comprehensive health profile, effectively mitigating the risks posed by:

• Downy Mildew (Peronospora): The hybrid exhibits high tolerance to various races, ensuring a solid plant stand and optimal root development from the very beginning.
• Phomopsis and Phoma: Strong genetic resistance protects the plant's structural integrity, ensuring that leaves remain functional and the head fills properly even under humid, infection-prone conditions.

Is Mobill the Right Choice for Your Farm?

Mobill is best suited for professional operations dealing with high weed pressure and persistent parasitic weeds like broomrape. By utilizing its compatibility with Euro-Lightning herbicides, growers can effectively clean their fields while benefiting from RAGT’s focus on yield stability.

Key Advantages: It offers excellent reliability in challenging field conditions and a significantly reduced need for manual or multiple chemical interventions for weed control. Management Note: As an intensive hybrid, it performs best when strict crop rotation practices are followed to manage residual soil herbicide effects. It is a high-performance tool designed for those who prioritize efficiency and long-term yield consistency.
