LV 95 V is an early sunflower variety intended for conventional cultivation. The vegetation period ranges from 90 to 95 days from emergence to full maturity. Plants reach a height of 175–185 cm and are characterized by high initial growth energy. The variety is distinguished by rapid and uniform maturation in the latter half of the vegetation period, which contributes to stable yield formation even under drought and high temperature conditions. The genetic yield potential is up to 45 centners per hectare, with the maximum yield in steppe zones reaching 28 centners. The potential oil content in seeds varies from 48% to 52%.
The LV 95 V variety exhibits high resistance to diseases and abiotic stresses, ensuring reliable and stable yields under challenging climatic conditions. Heat and drought tolerance make this sunflower particularly valuable for cultivation in regions with insufficient moisture. Due to these qualities, this variety is suitable for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones.
Sunflower seeds of the LV 95 V variety are not only valuable agricultural products but also possess health-beneficial properties. They contain antioxidants that support heart function and improve vascular elasticity, as well as phytosterols that help lower blood cholesterol levels. The seeds also contain essential trace elements such as selenium, calcium, and iron, which positively affect a person’s physical and emotional well-being. In addition, the seeds are rich in B-vitamins, allowing to meet a significant portion of daily requirements for these vitamins.
