Sunflower HOPER S

HOPER S — this is an early-maturing sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) variety, intended for cultivation in the Ural region, particularly in the Kurgan region. The variety’s vegetation period is 101 days, allowing for harvest within relatively short timeframes. Plants are characterized by low height and lack of branching, which simplifies care and harvesting.

The variety exhibits high yield: the average yield in the Ural region reaches 16.4 centners per hectare, with a maximum of 21.9 centners per hectare. The 1000-seed mass is 59.7 grams, indicating good seed material quality. A key feature is the high oil content in the seeds — 44.2%, ensuring a high oil yield of 5 centners per hectare.

HOPER S was developed to ensure stable growth and high productivity, making it an optimal choice for agricultural crops under corresponding climatic conditions. Due to its characteristics, the variety contributes to efficient sunflower oil production and can be recommended for widespread use in the agricultural sector.
