Sunflower HA 26 IMI PR

Working with HA 26 IMI PR

When planning a sunflower season on fields plagued by weeds or broomrape, your priorities shift from flashy marketing claims to consistent field performance.

Herbicide Tolerance and Early Growth

The primary advantage of this hybrid is its resistance to Imidazolinone herbicides. Unlike many other hybrids, HA 26 IMI PR handles the chemical stress exceptionally well without any visible growth retardation. The plant continues its vegetative cycle without the typical "stunting" phase often seen after herbicide application.

Even in cooler, unpredictable soil conditions, the emergence is uniform. It fills the row space quickly, which acts as a natural barrier to weed competition, making the overall field management much more straightforward.

Harvest and Quality

Achieving an oil content of 50-55% is not just a specification; it’s a tangible financial bonus at the elevator. The seeds are plump, well-filled, and have a high test weight. During the harvest, the hybrid is very easy to manage; shelling is minimal, even if you are slightly delayed in getting the combine into the field. The crop dries down consistently, which saves on fuel costs during post-harvest handling.

• Hybrid Type: Simple, robust, and reliable.
• Protection: Fully compatible with "Euro-Lightning" technology.
• Performance: Designed for intensive farming and clean field management.

If you are looking for a hybrid that compensates for minor operational mistakes and delivers consistent oil yield, this Serbian-bred variety is a proven choice for modern sunflower farming.
