Soybean variety Vorskla is a fast-maturing grain variety developed by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine and recommended for cultivation in forest-steppe and steppe regions. The vegetation period is 90-95 days, which allows effective use of the variety in agronomic purposes for high yields. Plant height varies from 70 to 90 cm, and the lower pod is located at a height of 10-12 cm above the ground, facilitating harvest convenience.
The Vorskla variety is characterized by high yield potential, reaching 3.0-3.5 tons per hectare, as well as high technological indicators. Protein content in the seeds is 38-42%, making it valuable for food and feed industries. Oil content ranges from 19-21%, further enhancing the economic attractiveness of the variety. Additionally, the 1000-seed mass varies from 160 to 180 grams, indicating seed size and quality.
A distinctive feature of the variety is its resistance to major diseases and stress factors, including low temperatures during flowering and fruiting.
