AVANTA

Soybean variety 'AVANTA' is an ultra-early maturing determinate variety developed by Austrian breeders of SAATBAU LINZ. Thanks to its short growing season, it is suitable for cultivation in various regions, including the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, Middle Volga, and Lower Volga. Plant height reaches about 87 cm, which facilitates harvesting and reduces the risk of lodging. The variety is characterized by high yield, with average indicators in the Central Black Earth region reaching about 22.8 c/ha, and maximum values up to 34.6 c/ha.

One of the key features of the 'AVANTA' variety is its high resistance to adverse factors: lodging, bean cracking during storage, as well as diseases such as Fusarium, gray mold, and downy mildew. The variety responds well to irrigation and can withstand drought, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The recommended sowing rate ranges from 450 to 650 thousand seeds per hectare, depending on the sowing method.

Quality indicators of the variety are also noteworthy: protein content in seeds varies from 35.9% to 41%, and fat content from 19.8% to 24%. The mass of 1000 seeds reaches 121.5 g, indicating the size and high quality of the seeds. Due to these characteristics, 'AVANTA' is a promising variety for producing high-protein and oily raw materials, in demand in the food and feed industries.
