Mid-season ripening variety, developed at the All-Union Institute of Selection of Fruit Crops from crosses (Belorussian Sweet x Sundby II) and (Exotic x 762-5-82). Authors: T.P. Ogoltsova, S.D. Knyazev, A.V. Nikolaev. Under state variety testing since 2006.
Medium-height, medium-spreading, dense bush. Growing shoots of medium thickness, straight, green, hairless. Woody shoots of medium thickness, gray-brown, shiny, yellowish tip, matte. Buds medium-sized, alternate, solitary, egg-shaped, blunt apex, anthocyanin-colored, hairless, deviated from the shoot. Terminal bud non-independent (grouped with 1-2 poorly developed buds), leaf scar shape rounded-triangular.
Leaf five-lobed, medium size, dark green, matte, slightly wrinkled, leathery, blade folded along the midrib. Central lobe acute-triangular, significantly longer than lateral lobes, without additional protrusions. Upper edges of lateral lobes positioned at a right angle to the central lobe, lower edges hang vertically downward, angle between lateral lobe veins obtuse. Basal lobes weakly expressed, veins directed toward petiole. Leaf base with open notch. Teeth small with weakly developed "tips", petiole medium thickness and length, weakly anthocyanin-colored.
Flowers medium-sized, cup-shaped, sepals pale pink, loosely arranged. Inflorescences medium length, medium density, axis medium thickness, hairy.
Berries large (1.3 g), oval-round, one-dimensional, black, shiny, dry detachment, medium seed count, medium skin thickness. Receptacle medium-sized, closed, pedicel medium length and thickness, anthocyanin-colored, weakly hairy. Flavor sour-sweet (4.3 points), aromatic. Berries for general use. Chemical composition: dry matter — 13.1%, total sugars — 8.5%, titratable acidity — 2.9%, ascorbic acid — 142.6 mg/100 g, anthocyanins — 245.7 mg/100 g, leucoanthocyanins — 433.0 mg/100 g, catechins — 201.8 mg/100 g, total P-active substances — 879.8 mg/100 g.
Cold-hardy, early-bearing, self-fertile (72%), immune to powdery mildew and rust, resistant to bud mite, moderately resistant to anthracnose and septoria, suitable for mechanical harvest, average yield 12.5 t/ha (1.9 kg/plant).
Advantages of the variety: immunity to powdery mildew and rust, technological suitability, high stable yield.
Disadvantages of the variety: slightly extended ripening period.
