Rucola PASJANS
Medium-maturing, 35 — 45 days from emergence to harvest readiness, a variety of wild rocket (rucola). Intended for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil, in hydroponic culture. Leaf rosette semi-upright. Rosette diameter 15 — 18 cm, height 18 — 20 cm. Leaf with spicy mustard — nutty flavor, medium-sized, lobed — cut, smooth surface, with notches along the edge. Leaf color green. Recommended for cultivation as leafy greens. Sowing rate 0.3 — 1.0 kg/ha or 30 — 40 seeds per pot in hydroponic culture. Average rosette weight 20 g. Average yield — 1.4 — 1.6 kg/m2.
