KWS CALINDO CL

KWS Calindo CL winter rapeseed seeds are a mid-early hybrid developed using Clearfield technology, providing resistance to imidazolinone herbicides. This hybrid features high yield potential, reaching up to 60 centners per hectare under production conditions, and is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions. Recommended seeding rate is 400–500 thousand plants per hectare, with optimal sowing times being mid- to late-season.

Calindo CL is characterized by rapid autumn development, high drought and winter hardiness, ensuring stable yield formation even under adverse weather conditions. Plants have medium to high stature, intensive branching, and early flowering, which contribute to good compensatory ability and increased resistance to pod cracking and seed shattering. These traits make the hybrid particularly attractive to farmers seeking maximum efficiency and reliability in their crops.

An additional advantage is high oil content in seeds and low glucosinolate levels (16–17 μmol/g), which improves product quality. Seeds are supplied in bags of 1.5 million units and are treated with the product MODESTO for protection against diseases and pests.
