Description Artemis
The winter rapeseed hybrid Artemis is a medium-early variety with high winter hardiness and resistance to spring frosts. It possesses genetic resistance to TuYV virus, phomopsis (gene RLM7), as well as high tolerance to verticillium and cylindrosporiosis. Another feature of this hybrid is resistance to pod cracking, which helps preserve yield and improve seed quality.

Artemis is characterized by high yield, reaching from 47.9 to 56.7 centners/ha in various regions of Ukraine, and potential yield in Belarus is around 46.3 centners/ha. The oil content of the seeds is approximately 15.6%, and glucosinolate content does not exceed 15 mmol/g, indicating high product quality. High oil content in the seeds (about 9%) makes this variety attractive for oil production.

Recommended sowing dates for the Artemis hybrid are medium-early to medium-late, allowing it to adapt to different climatic conditions. The hybrid is successfully grown in various regions of Ukraine and Belarus, including Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, as well as Gomel, Brest, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Grodno, and Minsk regions. High winter hardiness (rating 9) and good drought tolerance (rating 8) ensure stable yield formation even under adverse weather conditions.
