KWS VAMOS winter rape seeds are a high-yielding, mid-early hybrid developed by the French company KWS. This variety is characterized by high adaptability and is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissya regions. Thanks to the option to use both conventional cultivation technology and Clearfield technology, farmers can effectively adapt agronomic practices to specific sowing conditions. The seeds are suitable for optimal and late sowing dates, expanding their application potential.

The KWS VAMOS hybrid has high winter hardiness (7 points) and drought resistance, ensuring reliable winter survival and stable plant development in spring. Plants have medium height and are characterized by rapid autumn growth, early flowering, and quick resumption of vegetation after winter. A distinctive feature of this variety is high resistance to fusarium (RLM7), pod cracking, and seed shattering, which reduces yield losses and improves product quality. Additionally, the hybrid demonstrates moderate resistance to frost damage, lodging, Alternaria, and sclerotinia.

KWS VAMOS features high yield potential — from 45 to 58 centners per hectare at the recommended sowing rate of 400,000–500,000 seeds per hectare. The seeds have high oil content, and glucosinolate content is within 17–18 μmol/h, indicating good product quality. To achieve maximum productivity, growth regulators are recommended for application in autumn. This hybrid is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain a stable and high-quality rapeseed harvest in various agroclimatic zones.
