VICTORY V 3101 is a spring rape (Brassica napus var. napus) hybrid of the 00-type, characterized by early maturity and dwarf stature. This variety is non-erucic and low-glucosinolate, making it safe and high-quality for oil production. The plants have an average height of 98 to 123 cm, with a leaf blade of medium serration and medium development of lobes. The vegetation period ranges from 96 to 117 days depending on the growing region. Flowering occurs at medium times, and resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought is rated as high, ensuring crop stability in various climatic conditions. VICTORY V 3101 is recommended for cultivation in a wide range of regions in Russia, including the Volga-Vyatsk, Central Black Earth, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, Ural, West Siberian, and East Siberian regions. The variety shows high yield: in the Volga-Vyatsk region, the average figure reaches 11.5 c/ha, which is 1.7 c/ha higher than the standard, while in the Ural and Siberian regions, yield can reach up to 42 c/ha. The mass of 1000 seeds ranges from 3.8 to 4.3 g. Fat content in seeds is within the range of 41.2-47.8%, exceeding standard figures and ensuring high quality of oilseed raw material. Furthermore, VICTORY V 3101 possesses important agronomic advantages. Rape is an effective cover crop capable of rapidly building up green mass even during cold autumn and spring periods. Its deep and branched root system improves soil structure, increasing its aeration and water retention, and also helps retain nutrients, preventing their leaching. Rape green mass serves as highly nutritious animal feed, and seeds contain twice as much protein compared to green mass of corn or sunflower.
