Winter rapeseed seeds INV1024 are an early-maturing and mid-maturing high-yielding hybrid developed by BASF for cultivation under various climatic conditions in Ukraine. This hybrid is distinguished by high yield stability and resilience to weather conditions, making it a versatile choice for different regions. INV1024 has good winter hardiness and drought tolerance, confirmed by a winter hardiness rating of 7 points and high suitability for cultivation with minimal soil tillage. Rapeseed yields potential of 45-50 centners per hectare, ensuring high productivity when recommended agronomic practices are followed.
One of the key features of this hybrid is its enhanced resistance to phoma due to the presence of the Rlm7 gene, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss from this disease. Additionally, the hybrid demonstrates high lodging resistance, which helps preserve the quality and quantity of harvested crops. Seeds are characterized by good oil content (8 points) and optimal 1000-seed weight (6 points), which impacts oil production efficiency and ease of sowing.
The cultivation technology for this hybrid is conventional, with recommended sowing dates ranging from early to late, with late sowing being highly suitable. Sowing rates vary from 400,000 to 550,000 seeds per hectare depending on the sowing time, allowing adaptation of agronomy to specific conditions. The hybrid also exhibits high suitability for threshing, simplifying the harvesting process. Seeds are packaged in 1.5 million seed bags, convenient for agricultural producers.
