Winter rapeseed seeds INV1165 are a mid-late hybrid selection by BASF, developed to achieve high and stable yields under various climatic conditions in Ukraine, including the Polesie and Forest-steppe regions. This hybrid features a wide sowing window, allowing sowing dates to be adjusted from early to late with appropriate seeding rates ranging from 400,000 to 550,000 seeds per hectare. Rapeseed INV1165 exhibits moderate autumn development and a slow spring start, contributing to its stability and resilience during the vegetation period.
The hybrid shows high resistance to phoma and pod splitting, as well as good drought and lodging tolerance, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. The potential yield under field conditions ranges from 45 to 60 centners per hectare, with the variety demonstrating high suitability for oilseed processing. The 1000-seed weight reaches up to 6 grams, and the oil content in the seeds is high, making this rapeseed attractive for oil production.
INV1165 seeds are suitable for planting in various soil types and do not require high fertilizer doses, simplifying agronomic practices and reducing cultivation costs. Due to its characteristics, this hybrid is a reliable choice for agricultural enterprises aiming to obtain high-quality and stable rapeseed yields under Ukraine's warm climate.
