Rapeseed Galant

Reliable spring rapeseed variety for stable yield

The Galant rapeseed variety, developed by the VNIIMK research center, is specifically designed for agricultural enterprises operating in variable climatic zones. It is a strategic choice for farmers who prioritize predictable performance under drought-prone conditions or significant temperature fluctuations.

Practical application and agronomic benefits

• Climatic Adaptation: The variety thrives in regions with short growing seasons. Its physiological development allows it to utilize early spring moisture efficiently, ensuring optimal growth before the onset of extreme summer heat.
• Management Flexibility: Galant is highly responsive to balanced crop protection programs and precise micro-nutrient applications during the budding phase. This responsiveness allows agronomists to maximize the genetic potential of the crop's oil content through targeted fertilization.
• Efficiency at Harvest: The variety exhibits excellent resistance to lodging and uniform maturation. This trait is essential for large-scale farming operations, as it simplifies harvest logistics, reduces equipment load, and significantly minimizes post-harvest losses.

Integrating Galant into your crop rotation reduces operational risks. It provides a robust, proven genetic foundation that fits seamlessly into standard cultivation practices, ensuring consistent results in the oilseed segment of your farm.
