Rapeseed DK Extasie

Rapeseed DK Extasie is a high-yielding, mid-season winter rapeseed hybrid selected by Dekalb, with a high yield potential up to 65 c/ha and high oil content in seeds. This hybrid is distinguished by high winter hardiness and adaptability to various soil types, ensuring stable yields under adequate moisture. Due to its intensive branching and high compensatory capacity, DK Extasie responds well to elevated nitrogen nutrition, facilitating the full realization of its productive potential.

The hybrid exhibits comprehensive resistance to major diseases, including phomopsis, alternaria, sclerotinia, and turnip yellow mosaic virus (TYMV), as well as high resistance to pod shattering. Rapid autumn development contributes to reliable plant rooting, which is especially important for successful cultivation in the forest-steppe and Polissia regions. DK Extasie demonstrates stability and plasticity under various climatic conditions, making it a reliable choice for farmers aiming for high and stable yields.

The recommended plant density is 35-45 plants per square meter, and the seeding rate varies from 350,000 to 500,000 seeds per hectare depending on planting dates. The hybrid is suitable for both early and late planting, providing flexibility in agronomy and allowing optimization of planting dates according to regional climatic conditions.
