Remi

Remi is a linoleic sunflower hybrid developed based on the Batavia hybrid and intended for the EuroLighting technology. It is characterized by a medium-early maturity period with a vegetation period of 100-105 days and high oil content — 51%. The yield potential of this hybrid is 53-56 c/ha, making it an attractive choice for farmers seeking a stable and high yield.

The Remi hybrid exhibits high resistance to various adverse factors. It possesses genetic resistance to 7 races of the parasitic weed flax rust (A-G), as well as to diseases such as fusarium and anthracnose. Additionally, Remi demonstrates high drought, lodging, and shattering resistance, ensuring reliable cultivation under various climatic conditions.

Remi is suitable for cultivation across the entire territory of Ukraine, with planting density recommendations adapted to climatic conditions: 65-75 thousand plants per hectare in moderately humid zones and 55-65 thousand plants per hectare in dry regions. Its rapid growth start and high drought tolerance make this hybrid especially valuable for intensive agriculture and achieving stable yields even under challenging weather conditions.
