Limit

Limit is a hybrid sunflower of the EuroLighting system, characterized by high oil content and yield. It has a medium-early maturity period (105-110 days) and high oil content in seeds — from 50 to 52%. The 1000-seed weight is 65-70 grams, and plant height reaches 160-180 cm. The hybrid features rapid early growth and tolerance to plant density, which promotes effective use of sowing area.

One of the key features of Limit is its high resistance to the post-emergence herbicide EuroLighting, as well as genetic resistance to 7 races of the parasitic weed flax (A-G). Additionally, the hybrid shows resistance to several diseases, including Phomopsis, false powdery mildew, root rot, anthracnose, and Fomosis. These qualities ensure stable yields and reduce the risk of losses under adverse conditions.

Limit is distinguished by high drought and cold tolerance, making it particularly suitable for cultivation in the Forest-Steppe and Steppe zones of Ukraine. The hybrid’s yield potential reaches 52 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity. Early flowering and maturity allow for effective planning of agronomic practices and timely harvest.
