Shorty

A bee-pollinated bush-type variety. Intended for cultivation in open ground. Enters fruiting stage 40-45 days after full emergence of seedlings. Vine length in open ground is 30-45 cm. Forms several fruits simultaneously at each node. Fruit length 9-10 cm, weight 60-80 g, oval or cylindrical in shape, with large warts and white down. Light green fruit skin with stripes and a herringbone pattern. Very tender skin. Resistant to olive and angular spotted diseases, and true powdery mildew.
