Description Mizhrychka 11
Mizhrychka 11 — a medium-early potato variety recommended for cultivation in the Polissya, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions. Plants are of medium height, well-branched, with flowers having a characteristic red-violet corolla. Tubers are round, with pink skin and white flesh, and shallow eyes. Starch content in tubers is 13–14%, making it a medium-starch variety suitable for diverse applications in the food industry.

The variety is distinguished by high yield: by day 60 after planting, yield reaches approximately 14 tons per hectare, and by the end of the vegetation period — from 35 to 43 tons per hectare. Mizhrychka 11 has high storage capacity, ensuring product preservation after harvest. Additionally, the variety is resistant to nematodes and potato cancer, highly resistant to iron-stained leaf spot, and has moderate resistance to viral diseases.

Potato Mizhrychka 11 is widely used in food production, including dumplings and other ready-made dishes, thanks to its good organoleptic qualities and stable yield. The variety is also suitable for cultivation as a double-crop in southern Ukraine, expanding its applicability across various agroclimatic conditions.
