Description LUNEBA
LUNEBA potato variety is a late-maturing table variety with high starch and dry matter content, making it especially attractive for various culinary purposes. Tubers have an oval shape with thin skin and light-yellow flesh that does not darken after cutting or thermal processing. High starch content (20.5–22.5%) and dry matter (27–29%) provide a dense texture and delicate flavor, making the potato ideal for boiling, baking, making side dishes, and salads.

The variety is characterized by high yield and stable fruiting, confirmed by average yield indicators and even formation of medium-sized tubers. Medium-height plants with dense light-green foliage ensure good plant development. The potato has high storability, allowing long-term storage without quality loss. Additionally, tubers have an attractive appearance, facilitating grading and packaging.

LUNEBA exhibits high resistance to a wide range of diseases and pests. The variety is immune to nematodes G. Rostochiensis (Ro1-4), resistant to various strains of potato wart, virus Y, as well as late blight, phytophthora, mildew, and other common potato diseases. Low susceptibility to leaf rot and mechanical damage makes this variety a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain high-quality and stable yields.
