Applaud (Applaud) insect growth regulator for destroying cicadas, whiteflies, scale insects and some mites.

Active ingredient:

Buprofezin 25 (2-tert-butylimino-3-isopropyl-1-5-phenyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2H-1,3,5-thiadiazin-4-1)

Applaud has strong action, selective only for insects of the Hemiptera family, such as; Greenhouse whitefly, Cotton whitefly, Cicadas and Citrus scale. The preparation kills the larva at molting and reduces the population of the next generation, leading to infertile eggs laid by adult insects.

Acts on larvae, the larva cannot progress to the next developmental stage and dies. Does not kill adult insects, but sterilizes them. I want to emphasize this point. If adult insects are still flying — it does not mean the preparation did not work. The lifespan of adult insects is not long, they will die naturally.
