Contact acaricide with specific action for combating eggs and young stages of red fruit mites Panonychus spp. and common spider mites Tetranychus spp. on fruit trees and grapevines.
Advantages of the product:
— Fewer applications due to long-lasting action (protects trees from mite infestation for 60-90 days)
— Produces highly selective action; on fruit trees and grapevines, APOLLO does not kill beneficial insects such as lacewing (Chrysopa carnea), ladybug (Coccinella septempunctata), predatory mites (Typhlodromus pyri, Phytoseiulus persimilis, Amblyseilus potentillae)
— Safe for bees;
— Compatible with many common insecticides, fungicides, and other acaricides
Mode of action:
To eliminate mites, spraying with APOLLO should be conducted between the bud break and pink bud stages
Working solution dosage: 1000-1500 l/ha
APPLICATION NOTES:
On grapevines, perform early spring spraying with APOLLO at the bud swell stage or, if no early spring treatment was carried out, conduct spring spraying with APOLLO at a rate of 0.36 l/ha. On fruit trees, APOLLO is applied to control the red mite Panonychus ulmi based on winter eggs. Therefore, spraying should be done no later than the green cone stage. Trees should be thoroughly sprayed until fully wet. In case of early warm weather, spraying with APOLLO should be conducted immediately. For optimal results, complete wetting of the plant on all parts is required
GLOBAL EXPERIENCE OF USE:
APOLLO has undergone testing and confirmed its effectiveness worldwide on apple, pear, and grape plantations in Europe, USA, Latin America, Australia, and on the Far East. The product effectively controls McDaniell's mite, carmine-red spider mite, common spider mite, Pacific mite, citrus red mite, apple red mite, and Schlechtendal's mite
