Demitan provides exceptionally good results as a contact acaricide against spider mites and gall-forming mites on apple and grapevines. At increased rates, the product exhibits equally high efficacy against all mite stages and provides prolonged activity (45-60 days).

TECHNICAL DATA
Active ingredient: fenazaquin, 200 g/L.
Formulation: suspension concentrate.
Toxicity: low toxicity to birds and bees, but toxic to fish, therefore avoid runoff into water bodies.
APPLICATION REGULATIONS FOR DEMITAN
The product is recommended for use during intensive mite population formation (2-7 mobile stages and 10-15 eggs). Demitan is active under moderate positive air temperatures. Preparation of the working solution follows standard pesticide techniques. Spray volume is calculated based on the degree of coverage and wetting of leaf surfaces. To avoid cross-resistance, each crop should be treated only once during the growing season. For repeat applications, use acaricides from other groups, e.g., Omit 30 SP.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Demitan is compatible with all pesticides except Bordeaux mixture.
