«Rimaks 750 v.g.» is a systemic herbicide developed by F.Simonis B.V. Barneveld, Netherlands, specifically designed to protect winter and spring wheat, as well as winter barley. In modern agricultural practice, this product serves as a foundational solution for managing problematic dicotyledonous weeds that compete with grain crops for critical nutrients and soil moisture.

Application and Field Strategy

The active ingredient, tribenuron-methyl, works systemically. Once applied to the leaf surface, it is rapidly absorbed, causing sensitive weeds—such as fat hen, field mustard, shepherd's purse, common chickweed, scentless mayweed, perennial sowthistle, and purple dead-nettle—to stop growing almost immediately. Visible symptoms of necrosis typically appear within a week.
