Application and Results

This is a post-emergence herbicide; it works best when weeds are actively growing, ideally at the 2–4 leaf stage. The active ingredient, bentazone (a benzothiadiazinone), effectively halts photosynthesis in weeds while leaving the crop unharmed due to its selective action.
