Defender

The product Defender is a herbicide and desiccant containing potassium glyphosate at a concentration of 441 g/l (acid equivalent - 360 g/l). The product is used as a herbicide on fields intended for planting potatoes, cereal crops, vegetable and melon crops, rapeseed, sunflower, rye, perennial grasses for seed, and annual flowering crops for seed. The recommended dosage is 2.0–4.0 L/ha, applied once. As a desiccant, the product is used on cereal spike crops at a dosage of 3.0 L/ha, also applied once. The product provides effective weed control and is suitable for use under various agricultural conditions. Defender is produced by the company TOV «Monsanto Ukraine», based in Kyiv.
