PURPOSE AND APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Arcan ® 750 WG is recommended for use against the most common annual broadleaf weeds, including those resistant to 2,4-D, on wheat, barley, and corn crops.
APPLICATION RATES
Wheat, Barley — 20 g / ha
CORN — 20-30 g / ha
APPLICATION PERIODS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Arcan ® has a long application window, starting from the two-leaf stage up to the emergence of the flag leaf in cereal crops. The optimal spraying period, which ensures maximum efficacy while preserving yield, is up to the end of the tillering stage.
Arcan ® can be applied even at a temperature of +5 ° C. Low temperatures slow down the herbicide's action but do not affect its final efficacy.
Arcan ® can be used in tank mixtures with all 2,4-D group herbicides according to the calculated hectare rate: 10 g / ha Arcan ® + 1 L/ha 2,4-D. Occasionally, especially when applied later (after the end of tillering stage) or under extreme weather conditions, weeds are only strongly suppressed but do not develop further and do not compete with the crop.
APPLICATION TECHNIQUE
When applied in autumn against rape paddy, high efficacy is achieved when applied up to the second true leaf stage. Mixing with 2,4-D group herbicides is not allowed in autumn due to the potential effect of 2,4-D on the target crop.
It is recommended to use fine spray application with a working liquid rate of 150-300 L / ha for field equipment depending on its type: for example, flat-fan nozzles with liquid pressure of 2.5-3 kg/cm² and equipment speed of 6-7 km / h. For ultra-low volume and aerial spraying, the application rate is 50 L / ha of working solution.
Arcan ® 750 WG is non-toxic to bees, mammals, fish, and soil organisms (3rd toxicity class according to WHO classification, 3rd hazard class according to "Hygienic Classification of Pesticides by Hazard Level").
ADVANTAGES
Optimal combination of broad-spectrum efficacy and minimal cost for cultivating 1 ha.
High efficacy against common chickweed.
Flexible, extended application window, starting from the two-leaf stage and up to the emergence of the flag leaf in the crop.
Ability to apply under low temperatures (+5 ° C) in spring, allowing faster elimination of weed competition with the crop.
Resistance to wash-off by rain.
Good compatibility with other herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides, allowing reduction in the number of treatments.
Does not affect the user or the environment.
