VICTORY 2

VICTORY 2 is a guar (Cyamopsis tetragonolobus L.) variety with an erect form and medium height, characterized by a single stem without pubescence. The plant features green leaves without pubescence, a long straight beak, and a yellowish-beige seed coat, with the absence of black hilum coloration and dark pigmentation around it.

The variety demonstrates good agronomic indicators: seed yield of 25.5–29 c/ha, 1000-seed mass of 28.3–34 g, crude protein content of approximately 31%, and fat content of 18%. The vegetative period lasts 102–109 days. Drought resistance and pod lodging resistance are rated at 5.0 points on the scale, while the height of attachment of lower pods is 6 cm. Gum content reaches 40–41%, and gum viscosity is 6020–6680 units, making the variety suitable for mechanized harvesting.

VICTORY 2 is intended for producing guar gum used as feed and food raw material. Due to high yield and seed quality indicators, as well as good resistance to adverse conditions, this variety is suitable for a wide range of agricultural applications in the crop cultivation zones.
