Mirage — broad-spectrum fungicide against early leaf diseases for protection of cereal crops.
Manufacturer: Makhteshim
Characteristics
Formulation: concentrate emulsion
Active ingredient: prochloraz 450 g/l
Advantages
Due to the optimal combination of active ingredient and surfactant complex, the product exhibits an extended mode of action
Exhibits local-systemic action and reliably protects crops from damage caused by stem breakage, leaf septoria, etc.
Has both preventive and curative effects and can be applied at all stages of cereal crop development
Broad spectrum of activity
No phytotoxicity
Safe for beneficial insects, bees, and birds
Protective period — 10–14 days depending on disease severity and climatic conditions
Mode of Action
Mirage — broad-spectrum imidazole fungicide for protection of cereal crops. Highly effective against pathogens belonging to the Ascomycetes and imperfect fungi groups. The product exhibits translaminar and local-systemic action. The fungicide acts by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis in pathogens, leading to disruption of cell wall formation and fungal death. Protective period — 10–14 days, depending on disease severity and climatic conditions
Compatibility
Mirage can be applied in mixtures with various types of fungicides, insecticides, and plant feeding agents, except for strong acidic and strongly acidic substances. Before application in mixtures with other products, it is recommended to conduct a compatibility test of the components
Application Rate
Winter wheat (stem breakage, cercosporosis, septoria, powdery mildew) — 1 kg/ha, spraying during vegetation period
Spring barley (net blotch, powdery mildew, rhiñhosporiosis) — 1 kg/ha, spraying during vegetation period
