Medium-ripening variety, obtained at the All-Russian Research Institute of Genetics and Breeding of Fruit Crops named after I.V. Michurin from F2 of the variety Perspektivnaya. Author A.G. Smirnov. Under state variety testing since 1994.
Low, spreading bush with medium density. Woody shoots are thick, gray-brown, hairy. Buds are medium-sized and large, rose-colored, thick, conical with a sharp apex, loose, deviated from the shoots.
Leaf five-lobed, small or medium-sized, green, matte, dense, finely wrinkled, weakly shiny, with a vertical, straight or slightly twisted spiral blade. Leaf margin is wavy. Central lobe is massive, very wide, longer than lateral lobes, with additional protrusions and a sharp apex. Lateral lobes are short, sharp, widely spaced, with obtuse vein angles. Upper sides of lateral lobes are aligned on a straight line or curved towards the petiole. Notch is shallow and open. Teeth are sharp, small, with white tips. Petiole is short, hairy, colored.
Flowers are medium-sized, bell-shaped, calyx lobes are rose-red, not fused, slightly curled. Inflorescences are medium length (up to 5.5 cm), dense, hanging, with hairy pedicels, medium length, medium thickness.
Berries are large (1.3 g), round, black, with medium seed content, sour-sweet taste (4.3 points). Calyx is round, medium-sized, half-closed, pedicel is medium length. Chemical composition: dry solids - 12.4%, total sugars - 8.7%, titratable acidity - 2.6%, ascorbic acid - 127.0 mg/100 g, P-active substances - 576.0 mg/100 g, pectin substances (on dry basis) - 0.4%.
Cold-hardy, self-fertile, average yield 12.9 t/ha (2.5 kg/plant).
Advantages of the variety: high yield, self-fertility, large berry size.
