Description Sayansky Souvenir
This variety was obtained at the Minusinsk Experimental Station for Horticulture and Vegetable Growing by crossing the varieties 'Pushistaya' and 'Festival'. Breeders: V.F. Cherkashin, L.P. Muravieva, G.A. Muraviev. Under state variety testing since 2006.

The bush is vigorous, moderately spreading, medium density. Growing shoots are thick, straight, light-green, with moderate anthocyanic coloration at the top, glabrous. Woody shoots of medium thickness, straight, light-brown, hairy, matte. Buds are medium-sized, elongated, with a pointed apex, light-green, with weak anthocyanic coloration, slightly hairy, deviated, single, leaf scar shape rounded-triangular.

The leaf is three-lobed, large, green, matte, glabrous, wrinkled, herbaceous, blade concave along the main veins. Lobes are sharp, the central one exceeds the lateral ones, with protrusions. Lateral lobes are short, broad, apices sharp, directed sideways, angle between their veins acute. Base of the leaf has an open, deep, wide notch. Teeth are medium-sized, apex of teeth with a 'claw', veins uncolored. Leaf petiole is long, thin, glabrous, light-green, positioned at an acute angle to the shoot.

Flowers are medium-sized, calyx lobes light-pink, loosely arranged. Inflorescences are medium-sized, curved, medium density, medium thickness. Axis is medium, petiole medium, glabrous.

Berries are large (1.4–2.8 g), oval, non-uniform, nearly black, with many small seeds, skin thin, wet detachment, taste sour-sweet (4.8 points), aromatic, universal use. Receptacle is closed, medium, non-deciduous, pedicel short, brown-green, glabrous. Chemical composition: dry matter - 13.0%, total sugars - 4.8%, titratable acidity - 2.1%, ascorbic acid - 150.5 mg/100 g.

The variety is highly winter-hardy, medium drought-tolerant, heat-resistant, self-fertile (up to 37%), with good resistance to powdery mildew, anthracnose, septoria, and bud mite, medium yield 85.7 t/ha (1.8 kg/plant).

Advantages of the variety: winter hardiness, early fruiting, high annual yield, comprehensive resistance to main pests and diseases.

Disadvantages of the variety: thin skin, wet detachment, low transportability.
