Medium-ripening variety, obtained at the Minusinsk Experimental Station for Horticulture and Melon Cultivation from crossing the varieties Druzhnaya and Karelskaya. Authors: V.F. Cherkashin, T.K. Medium-height, medium-spreading, medium-density bush. Growing shoots are thick, straight, green, uncolored, hairless, lignified - thick, straight, dark-brown, hairy, matte. Buds are small, elongated, with a pointed tip, light-green, with weak anthocyanin coloration, slightly hairy, deviated, solitary, leaf scar shape rounded.
Leaf three-lobed, large, light-green, matte, bare, wrinkled, leathery, blade convex. Lobes are sharp, central exceeds lateral, broad. Lateral lobes of medium length, tips sharp, directed sideways, angle between veins of lateral lobes acute. Base of leaf with central, open notch. Teeth are small, sharp, veins uncolored. Leaf petiole long, thin, no hairs, green, located on shoot at an acute angle.
Flowers medium-sized, calyx lobes light-pink, loosely arranged. Inflorescences medium-sized, medium density, medium thickness, axis medium, pedicel short, hairless.
Berries large (1.2-2.0 g), oval, non-uniform, black, with many small seeds, medium skin, sour-sweet taste (4.8 points), aromatic, universal use. Receptacle closed, medium, non-deciduous, peduncle short, brown-green, hairless. Chemical composition: dry matter - 14.9%, total sugars - 5.0%, titratable acidity - 3.6%, ascorbic acid - 169.0 mg/100 g.
Highly winter-hardy, moderately drought-resistant, heat-tolerant, self-fertile (up to 30%), resistant to powdery mildew, anthracnose, septoria, and
bud mite, average yield 8.6 t/ha (1.8 kg/plant).
Advantages of the variety: winter hardiness, early fruiting, high annual yield, comprehensive resistance to major pests and diseases, improved berry transportability, suitable for mechanized harvesting.
Disadvantages of the variety: weak shoot formation ability, rapid bush aging, non-uniform berries.
