DMC Jasmine

DMC Jasmine — a mid-late maturing, simple interline hybrid of sweet corn, developed by the Ukrainian company Maïs. This hybrid belongs to FAO 400, indicating its mid-late maturing type. It is characterized by high yield and is adapted for cultivation under various climatic conditions in Ukraine.

DMC Jasmine plants reach a height of about 240 cm, with strong ear attachment at approximately 80 cm. The ears have a cylindrical shape with 14-16 rows of yellow kernels. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to stress factors such as drought, heat, and cold, as well as to diseases including common and late blight. Due to these qualities, DMC Jasmine is well-suited for intensive farming and effectively responds to higher fertilizer doses and modern agrotechnologies.

The hybrid is versatile in application: it can be used both for grain production and for silage, particularly in central and northern regions. It demonstrates stable productivity under various planting dates and moisture conditions. Practical trials have shown yields up to 140 centners per hectare at optimal grain moisture, confirming the high efficiency and reliability of this hybrid in agricultural production.
