ST Haïm

The ST Haïm hybrid is a mid-season sweet corn (sh2) hybrid with high yield potential and excellent taste qualities. The plant is characterized by strength and resistance to lodging, reaching an average height of 210-220 cm, with the first ear positioned at a height of 70-80 cm. The cylindrical ears, 22-24 cm long and approximately 5.3 cm in diameter, feature yellow kernels with uniform shape and good husk coverage, ensuring an attractive appearance and high product quality. The hybrid demonstrates high adaptability to stressful conditions, including heat and drought, making it a reliable choice for various climatic zones. It shows tolerance to maize mosaic virus and rust, as well as moderate resistance to northern helminthosporium. Due to its strong root hold, corn retains well until harvest, and its long storage life after harvest allows for both processing and fresh consumption.
