The RGT PINKKFLOYD hybrid (FAO 340) is a product of French breeders RAGT 2n, officially registered in Ukraine in 2025. This three-way cross hybrid of the dent type is focused on producing high-quality grain and demonstrates high adaptability to the soil and climatic conditions of the Forest-Steppe and Polissya zones.

Key development features

The plant is characterized by a powerful habitus: a long stem with low ear placement, which simplifies harvesting and reduces losses. A wide leaf blade with intense green coloration ensures efficient photosynthesis. An important characteristic is high moisture release, which is critical for the mid-maturing segment, allowing for reduced grain drying costs.

• Hybrid type: Three-way cross, which provides increased plasticity and yield stability under stress factors.
• Morphology: The medium ear diameter is combined with optimal length, which, together with the dent grain type, guarantees a high yield of marketable produce.
• Agronomics: The hybrid shows moderate leaf edge waviness and a small angle between the leaf blade and the stem, contributing to optimal stand density.
