LG 2305

Corn LG 31305 is a mid-early hybrid with dent kernel type and FAO index 290, developed by Limagrain. This hybrid is characterized by high yield potential and resistance to various stress factors, including drought, stem and ear fusarium, blister and smut diseases, as well as helminthosporiosis. Thanks to the StayGreen effect, the plant maintains photosynthetic activity for a longer period, which contributes to increased yield and improved grain quality. Corn LG 31305 is suitable for both grain production and silage with high dry matter content and improved fiber digestibility. The hybrid demonstrates strong initial growth energy and resistance to lodging due to its well-developed root system, ensuring plant vertical positioning even under adverse weather conditions. Average plant height reaches 255 cm, maximum up to 320 cm, with 16-18 rows per ear and 34-36 kernels per row. High water shedding rate allows efficient harvest, and adaptability to various growing conditions makes this hybrid popular in regions with different moisture levels, including central and southern Polissia, forest-steppe and northern steppe of Ukraine. Recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture: 65-80 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture, 55-65 thousand under insufficient moisture, and 45-55 thousand seeds per hectare in dry conditions. Seed packaging is 50 thousand units. Corn LG 31305 is distinguished by high profitability and stable yield when agronomic requirements are met, making it an attractive choice for Ukrainian farmers aiming to achieve high-quality grain and silage yields.
