The AS400 grain dryer is a mobile unit designed for efficient drying of various agricultural crops, including wheat, corn, and sunflower. During operation, the grain mass is continuously moved inside the dryer, promoting even heating and drying. To prevent grain from sticking to the walls of the main cylinders, a mixer is used to keep the grain constantly moving. The temperature regime is controlled using special thermal sensors, ensuring stability and safety of the process. The increased internal cone area of the dryer promotes greater surface contact between hot air and grain, significantly reducing drying time.

Special attention has been given to the safety and efficiency of the equipment's operation. The burner flame is positioned at a safe distance from the grain mass, minimizing the risk of fire. Additionally, thermal energy optimization and the use of fire-resistant materials in the construction allow for stabilization of the drying air temperature and improved energy efficiency.
