Dolphin — a high-yielding, mid-early variety; enters fruiting stage on day 120-130 after emergence. Plant is vigorous and bushy. Plant height 150-200 cm. Planting density — 3 plants/m2. Fruits are saber-shaped, lilac-white, weighing 300-450 g, measuring 40-45×6-6.5 cm, low-seeded, high culinary quality, good for frying in slices or chunks. Spines are sparse. The variety is weakly affected by spider mites. Intended for cultivation in winter, spring heated, and unheated greenhouses.
