According to the politician, the financial plan put forward is entirely 'empty' and fails to offer any substantive support mechanisms for the state’s agricultural sector. Stalin’s critique primarily focused on the glaring absence of relief measures for farmers whose crops have been severely impacted by recent drought conditions.
Stalin emphasized that, given the ongoing climate challenges, it was the government's duty to provide specific subsidies or comprehensive crop insurance schemes.
