SIBERIAN APPLE

Tomato variety Siberian Apple is medium-early and distinguished by high yield and attractive fruit appearance. The first tomatoes ripen around day 115 after emergence of seedlings. The plant is determinate, reaching a height of 150 to 180 centimeters. Bushes are heavily laden with round, uniformly sized fruits weighing about 200 grams. In technical ripeness, fruits have a whitish hue, while in biological ripeness they acquire a pearl-pink color. Tomatoes are dense and fleshy, ensuring prolonged preservation of their market qualities both on the plant and during storage. High sugar content (3.5%) and vitamin C (14 mg per 100 grams) give this variety excellent taste qualities, confirmed by expert tasting evaluation at 4.8 out of 5. Siberian Apple is recommended for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. With proper agronomy, average yield is about 9 kilograms of marketable fruits per square meter. For open ground planting, it is optimal to place three plants per square meter. Seed sowing for seedlings is conducted 50-60 days before transplanting to the final location at a germination temperature of 23-25 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to form plants into one or two stems with mandatory support and pinching to ensure good ventilation and lighting.
