PINK DESSERT

Pink Dessert is a medium-late, indeterminate tomato variety characterized by tall, sturdy plants that produce 5-6 fruiting clusters with 4 large fruits per cluster. The tomatoes have an egg-shaped or slightly flattened round form with moderate ribbing at the stem end. Average fruit weight ranges from 220 to 300 grams. Immature fruits are light green with a dark green spot at the stem end, while mature fruits turn pinkish-red with a firm skin that does not crack, ensuring good transportability and product preservation.

The flesh is juicy, meaty, and sweet, with a mild acidity that gives the fruits a pleasant sweet taste. The fruits contain 4 seed chambers with few seeds, making them convenient for consumption and processing.
